B6 belongs to B-series engines by Mazda, there are various B6 engines now available for sale on our platform. The displacement range for the B-Series engine is from 1.1L to 1.8L. 8-valve SOHC, 16-valve SOHC, and 16-valve DOHC are the three type of B6 engines. The base engine of B6 is 1.6-litre with a 83.6mm stroke and 78mm bore. Mazda 323, Kia Sephia, Mercury Tracer and Ford Laser KC/KE uses 8-valve SOHC variant of B6. Whereas 16-valve SOHC variant of B6 is used in Mazda MX-3, Mazda 323 BG, and Ford Laser KF/KH. Mazda Miata, Mazda Xedos 6, and Kia Rio uses 16-valve DOHC.
